Kharkov national academy of municipal economy - a modern scientific and educational complex, which provides training for professionals of all educational and skill levels: junior specialist, bachelor's, master's, and through post-graduate and doctorate - candidates and doctors of science.
The Academy trains for the municipal government, construction, transport, electricity, water, gas, urban ecology, the hotel industry and tourism, improving environmental hygiene in cities and settlements.
In the Academy trained more than 16000 students, among them 300 foreign citizens from 30 countries worldwide. There are branches Academy in Greece and Israel. The Academy has close scientific and business links with universities, academic and research organizations of 11 countries, including France, Germany, USA, Finland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Holland, Israel, etc.
In the academy - 500 teachers, 70 professors and doctors of sciences, more than 300 candidates of science.
Successful schools are 8 world-class, run by doctors of sciences, professor, Ph.D., associate professors. There are 11 industrial research laboratories, including the "Center-Megapolis" phytotechnologies Engineering Center, mezhkafedralnaya Lab Academic, scientific and educational complex (ANOK), which received international recognition.
The Academy has 6 training corps, teaching and research laboratories, a library with the fund 882 thousand volumes, with 6 campus hostels, athletic body with numerous large and small game rooms, rooms for athletics, gymnastics, bodybuilding, boxing, oriental combat and training .
There are student dispensary, dining, and numerous cafes, etc.
